_project Name: The Future Workplace Commercial Tower

_location: Dubai, UAE

_brief: We were asked to design a commercial space, sited within Dubai Business Bay, which responded to the complexity of life today. To incude individual spaces in some way unified to create a community feel.

_considerations: To compliment the adjacent residential tower.

_response: This G+60 commercial tower creates an amalgamation of working spaces unique in individual character. The notion of community within the workplace is acknowledged by exterior areas interconnected throughout the structure, providing multi-purpose space for dialogue and relaxation. Scheduled for completion 2011.
